Please Note: April 19 is an off day for Parkway and Rockwood School Districts. Enjoy time with horses and make new friends in a beautiful ranch environment in Wildwood, learning skills that enhance personal wellness and confidence. In this hands-on, non-riding program, you will experience Mindfulness techniques, breath work & movement, sensory awareness, life skills including leadership, team building and problem solving activities, communication skills with horses and humans. No horse experience is needed. Dress for weather in closed-toe shoes. Offered in partnership with Braveheart Wellness and Painted Pastures.

Experience the thrill of taking a joyride through the wild as we enhance your mountain biking skills. Become a confident and courteous rider as you maneuver/navigate your bike through the twists and turns of each trail. Taught by Community Ed instructors Jeff Powell and Cody Jones.
